Lounge Area

The comfortable lounge area provides somewhere for members to relax and chat, before and after a paddling session, as well as providing a venue for club social events.

Club kitchen area

Kitchen Area

The well equipped kitchen allows members to make hot drinks (very welcome after a paddle in the Winter!), as well as allowing us to provide food for our social events held in the clubhouse.

Changing Rooms

Changing Rooms

There are separate Ladies and Gents changing rooms, with a shower and heating, as well as toilet facilities.

Equipment

We have a selection of club kayaks suitable for paddlers of all sizes.

These range from short, plastic 'general purpose' boats to the much longer sea kayaks.

We also have some more specialised slalom and marathon kayaks, as well as some open 'Canadian' canoes.

In addition, we have a good selection of paddles, buoyancy aids and helmets.

Guests and new members are welcome to use the club equipment on club nights, but we do expect members to obtain their own equipment once they decide to start paddling more regularly.

Storage containers

Storage

The club provides limited, secure space for members to store their boats, adjacent to the clubhouse, to reduce the need for regular paddlers to transport boats to and from the club each night. (Note we do not have space for sit-on-tops or other large boats).
